The UX research framework is an internal document for University of Sydney staff. The document guides staff through the steps to plan and conduct high quality, impactful and efficient user research.

User research is the foundation of the design process. While a growing proportion of University of Sydney staff are motivated to make user centred, research based descisions; most have no experience in conducting user research for this purpose. The UX research framework guides staff through the process of conducting user research in 4 stages; objectives, hypotheses, methods and logistics.
